I am a lifelong resident of Nashville, Tennessee. I graduated from Father Ryan High School, University of Tennessee at Knoxville and the Nashville School of Law. I was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1999. I am also a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. I am a voting member of the Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation and was appointed in February of 2015.
The majority of my practice has involved civil litigation, which includes:
- PROBATE (wills, estates and conservators)
- NEGLIGENCE CASES (personal injuries, property damage, automobile / car accidents and premises liability)
- DOMESTIC RELATIONS (divorce, paternity, child custody and child support)
- WORKERS COMPENSATION (on the job injuries)
- BUSINESS LAW (L.L.C. formation and contracts)
- APPELLATE MATTERS (appeals from trial courts)
I represent clients in Nashville, Davidson County and the surrounding areas of Franklin, Williamson County, Murfreesboro, Rutherford County.
When I’m not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, working on my farm, fishing, and playing golf.
